If a crew member, guest or passenger needs medical care during the stay, we coordinate it for you. We arrange medical appointments and healthcare services, and put you in touch with the doctors and local healthcare providers that match your needs.

Looking for something specific? Our personal shopping and sourcing service is tailored to the requests of owners, guests and crew. We find and purchase the products, equipment or personal items you need, and arrange delivery to the yacht, the marina or any other agreed location.
Last-minute or bespoke requests are welcome, from luxury goods and gifts to flowers and special onboard requests.

We coordinate your provisioning, from fresh food and beverages to specialty products, sourced and ordered according to the yacht’s preferences and requirements, and delivered directly to the yacht or a designated location.
We also arrange fuel bunkering to suit the yacht’s operational needs, working with the fuel suppliers and service providers, and source technical supplies, deck and engineering equipment and spare parts.

We arrange car rentals for owners, guests and crew, from standard vehicles to luxury and prestige cars, and have them delivered and collected at the port, marina, hotel or any other agreed location.
Short or long rental, self-drive or chauffeur-driven, we also coordinate private transfers and other ground transportation for the rest of your stay.
