Yacht Agent Services

Berth Booking & Husbandry Services

Berths, buoys, pilots and permits, arranged by a local agent who knows each port and its authorities.

Your berth, your port call, one local agent

Every port has its own rules, contacts and timings. As your yacht agent, we take care of them for you: we secure your berth, deal with the port offices and authorities, and keep your port call on track from the first request to departure.

Whether you are planning a short stopover, a full season or a stay during the Monaco Yacht Show, you have a single point of contact who knows Monaco, the French Riviera and Corsica inside out.

01

Berth & Buoy Booking

Whether you need a short stopover, a full season or a winter berth, we handle the request with the marina or port for you. Send us your dates and the yacht’s dimensions and we take care of the rest, from transient berthing and short-term stays to long-term reservations and complete port call arrangements, in ports and marinas across the Mediterranean.

Prefer to stay at anchor? We also arrange mooring buoys and designated anchoring areas, working directly with the port authorities. And if your plans include the Monaco Yacht Show, the Monaco Grand Prix, the Cannes Film Festival or another special event, talk to us early: we put your berth request forward and keep you informed as availability changes.

02

Regulatory Guidance and Assistance

Maritime regulations, port restrictions and anchorage requirements vary from one harbour to the next, and they change regularly. We keep you up to date on what applies where you are heading, and guide you on the local navigation, anchoring and port access rules, so there are no surprises on arrival.

Planning a specific movement or activity? We help you work out which requirements apply, explain the local procedures and tell you exactly which documents the port expects before you call.

03

Coordination with Local Authorities

We act as your representative with port authorities, maritime administrations and other local authorities, and liaise with the port offices and local administrations to keep your operations moving. Instead of chasing several contacts, you deal with one agent who knows the people and the procedures.

We look after the administrative side of your arrivals, departures and port calls, and pass your operational requests on to the right local stakeholders, so the paperwork keeps pace with the yacht.

04

Itinerary and Port Call Coordination

Share your plans with us and we help you shape the itinerary along the French Riviera, Monaco and the wider Mediterranean coastline. We coordinate the yacht’s movements, port calls and anchorage stops, and plan each arrival and departure around the local port procedures and your operational needs.

Once you are alongside, we line up the services and logistics you need for the rest of your stay.

05

Pilot Booking & Pilotage

Where pilotage is compulsory, or simply requested, we book a local pilot in line with the port’s regulations. We agree the boarding time, arrangements and operational requirements with the pilotage provider and the port authority, so the pilot is ready when you are.

06

Submarine & Helicopter Authorisations

Launching a submarine or flying a helicopter from the yacht requires specific authorisations. We help you identify which ones apply, coordinate with the relevant authorities and service providers, and prepare and submit the documentation, subject to the applicable procedures.

We also coordinate the operational arrangements on the day, so every activity stays within local regulations and safety requirements.

Planning a port call?

Send us the yacht’s name, LOA, your dates and preferred port. We will check availability with the port and come back to you with the next steps.
