To set up our internal IT system for AGents group companies for 2018 allowing you less paperwork during the season we kindly remind you to update the FCAC which is based on “last year’s activity” (document to be renewed every year)
We remind you the 5 CRITERIAS TO RESPECT ALLOWING YOU TO SIGN THE FCAC :
- The yacht is commercially registered
- The yacht has permanent crew
- The yacht is engaged in commercial activity
- The yacht is at least 15m long
- The yacht left French territorial waters for at least 70% of the trips carried out during the calendar year 2018.
Should you have changed your registry and insurance since last Med season, do not hesitate to send us these at the same time.
